摘要
利用Solid Works建立前轴的三维模型,并利用Solid Works中的COSMOS Works插件对前轴结构进行受力分析,得到零件的应力分布云图,在应力分布云图的基础上,进一步进行疲劳断裂分析,为零件的合理设计提供有价值的参考数据。
A Solid Works-built 3D model of front beam is force analised by plug COSMOS Works of Solid Works in this article ,and the resulted stress distribution cloud chart is used for the following fatigue failure analasis to provide valuable reference data for rational design of the part.
