摘要
为了解决网络化环境下多应用系统中制造资源集成的问题,提出了一种面向服务的基于元模型的制造资源模型。该模型从基础数据、业务过程、应用扩展三个方面对制造资源进行抽象,并引入情境元类,从元概念、元属性、元关系三个方面对制造资源信息模型进行表达。分析了元模型的扩展机制,给出了统一制造资源信息框架,并利用面向服务的相关信息技术,建立了一个可扩展、可集成的面向服务的数字化制造资源管理平台。
In order to solve the manufacturing resource integration problems of multi--applicationsystem in the networked environment, a service--oriented manufacturing resource was constructed based on meta--model. Context meta--class was introduced in the meta--model which was abstracted form basic data, business process and application extension. An information model was impressedbased on meta--concept, meta--attribution and meta--relation. Then the mechanism of expanding me ta--model was analyzed and the unified manufacturing resource information framework was presen ted. Furthermore,it is found an extensible, integrated and service--oriented digital manufacturing re source management platform is built by related information technology of service--oriented.
