基于“负责任旅游”理念的国内进藏游客教育体系构建

On the Establishment of Domestic Visitor Educational System in Tibet from the Perspective of "Responsible Tourism"

开展国内进藏游客教育是西藏旅游业可持续发展的重要环节。文章分析了国内进藏游客教育实施的背景,提出国内进藏游客教育的实施内容,包括负责任旅游理念教育、青藏高原生态环境保护教育、游客不文明行为教育、西藏民俗及基本礼仪教育、西藏特殊区情教育、旅游安全与卫生教育、特种旅游知识教育等七个方面,并归纳出开展游客教育的指导思想与实施途径。

Based on the concept of ＂responsible tourism＂, the paper analyzes the background of carrying out domestic visitor education in Tibet, and puts forward the contents of domestic visitor education in Tibet, which cover seven aspects as ＂responsible tourism＂ education, the Qinghai-Ti- bet Plateau ecological and environmental protection education, tourists＇ behavior education, etiquette education, patriotic education, tourism safety and hygiene education, and special tourism knowledge education. It also proposes the guiding lines and the concrete approaches to achieve the goal.
