摘要
针对有源相控阵雷达系统研制生产中大量的收发组件测试工作,提出了一种改进的收发组件的测试方法。针对不同的应用需求,分别介绍了典型的收发组件测试系统及改进型的测试系统。在改进型测试系统中,采用了一种基于单片机的核心控制板对收发组件的电源和工作时序进行保护。并提出了一种基于核心控制板的收发组件测试系统组建方案,该测试系统方案自动化程度高、通用性强并对测试过程具有完善保护。该方案组建的测试系统,具有测试效率高、人工操作少及组建成本低等优点。
An improved testing method for the T/R modules is presented, which are aimed at the mass testing work of T/R modules in the AESA. The typical and the improved testing systems of the T/R modules are introduced for different requirements of applications. In the improved testing system, a central control board based on MCU is adopted to protect the power supply and operating sequence of T/R modules. Then the configuration of testing system based on this central control board is presented, which can realize high automatization, high versatility and perfect protection in the testing process. The testing system, which is constructed by this method, has the advantages such as high efficiency, little personnel and low cost of configuration.
