摘要
拓展训练教学法是以教育学、心理学、组织行为学等相关理念为指导,根据课程的要求和学生特点设计活动项目,在设定的情景或特定的环境条件下,以团队为单位进行合作学习、互动与分享,共同提高技术动作的教学方法.尝试将其应用于高校武术课进行教学实验,结果表明,采用拓展训练教学方法对提高学生武术理论及技术成绩等有显著作用.可为今后的武术教学改革提供参考.
Based on the pedagogy, psychology and organizational behavior, the teaching method of outward bound training is set up to create a cooperative learning team in particular circumstances according to curricular requirement and students' characteristics. The results of experimental research of outward bound training in colleges and universities martial arts class show that it has a significant effect to improve students' martial arts theory and technology level. The method could be used as a reference for the martial arts teaching reform in the future.
