摘要
为探讨陆英中熊果酸(UA)的超声波提取工艺,通过单因素试验和Box-Behnken中心组合响应面法研究不同功率、甲醇体积分数、液料比、提取时间、温度对陆英中熊果酸提取的影响,利用Design-Expert软件得到回归方程的预测模型并进行响应面分析。结果表明,超声波辅助提取陆英中熊果酸的最优工艺条件为4.0g陆英粉于80mLφ=90%甲醇中超声提取30min,提取温度为50℃。影响熊果酸得率的4个主要因素的大小排序为甲醇体积分数>液料比>提取温度>提取时间。用优化后的工艺提取熊果酸,得率可达1.518mg/g。优化后的超声波提取工艺提取速度快、效率高、稳定可行、操作简单。
In order to investigate effects of ultrasonic assistant extraction of ursolic acid from Sarnbucus chinensis Lindl. , and provide some theory references for further research or production, the single factor and Box-Behnken response surface analysis meshodology (RSM) experiments were adopted to study the effects of such factors as different ultrasonic power, concentration of methanol, the liquidsolid ratio, extracting time and temperature, and to figure out the best condition of ultrasonic assistant extraction on Sarnbucus chinensis, to compare the effects of ultrasonic extraction and warm immersion extraction. The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were as follows, using 4.0 g of powder in 80 mL φ 90% methol to extract 30 min, extracting temperature 50℃. The effects of ultrasonic factors on the extraction of ursolic acid from Sambucus chinensis were in the following order, concentration of methanolliquid-solid ratio extracting temperature extracting time. The extracting rate can reach 1. 518 mg/g using the optimal method. The optimal method was fast, effective, easy to operate.
