摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)和甲乙酮肟(EMAO)为主要原料,制备封端WPU(水性聚氨酯)胶粘剂;然后采用红外光谱(FT-IR)法测得了最佳解封端温度,并以此作为焙烘温度设定的依据;最后将该WPU胶粘剂作为织物的整理剂,并对整理织物的性能进行了研究。结果表明:当R=n(-NCO)/n(-OH)=1.6、焙烘温度为150℃时,WPU胶粘剂能显著提高织物的抗皱性能和断裂强力,此时织物的折痕回复角为164.48°,经向、纬向断裂强力分别为458.33、347.67 N。
With isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),polyoxypropylene diol(PPG) and ethyl methyl acetoxime(EMAO) as main raw materials,an end-capped WPU(waterborne polyurethane) adhesive was prepared.Then,the optimal end-opened temperature,which was a basis for determining curing temperature,was obtained by FT-IR(infrared spectroscopy).Finally,the properties of fabric treated by the WPU adhesive,which was used as finishing agent,were investigated.The results showed that the WPU adhesive could obviously improve the crease resistance and fracture strength of fabric because the crease recovery angle of fabric was 164.48°,and fracture strength in warp direction or weft direction was 458.33 N or 347.67 N when R or molar ratio of-NCO/-OH was 1.6,curing temperature was 150 ℃.
