Analysis on Specialty Structure of Higher Vocational Education in Tianjin under the Context of Industrial Transferring and Upgrading

高职院校作为培养各类技能型高端人才的基地,面对产业发展和转型升级,应从专业建设服务于区域产业发展的视角审视高职专业布局和功能的提升。天津高职院校必须遵循职业教育的办学规律,在政府统筹规划下,按照产业发展设置专业,走集团化、联盟化发展道路,以有效服务区域的产业转型升级。

As a base for cultivating various high-skilled talents, higher vocational schools, in the face of industrial development as well as transferring and upgrading, should review the specialty layout and function improvement of higher vocational education from the perspective of specialty construction serving the industrial development. Therefore, it is imperative for the higher vocational schools in Tianjin to follow the school-running rules of vocational education, set up specialty in line with industrial development under government＇s plan, take collectivization and federation development road to effectively serve regional industrial transferring and upgrading.
