锥形纳米金属线太赫兹波聚焦特性研究

摘要 研究锥形金属线上太赫兹表面等离子激元的聚焦特性.计算传输过程中横截面上的场分布,得到环形焦斑宽度约为金属线半径的2.4倍.提出一种在锥形金属线上传输时,太赫兹表面等离子激元强度变化的求解方法,得出不同结构金属线上太赫兹波强度随传输距离增加的变化关系. The focusing characteristics of terahertz (THz) surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) on conical metal nanowires were studied. The field distribution on cross sections of nanowires was investigated in detail, and the breadth of the ring facula, which was 2.4 times of the radius of nanowires, was obtained. Specially, the method for solving the intension of THz SPPs on conical metal nanowires was presented. Then, the curves of the intension of THz SPPs on different nanowires were obtained by using the method.
