头颈部动脉变异尤其是WILLIS环变异在人群中普遍存在,在脑血管病病人中更是显著。头颈部动脉变异可引起血流动力学改变,进而引起动脉粥样硬化或内弹力膜变性、中膜缺损致使动脉供血不足或动脉瘤形成。应用脑血管造影研究头颈部动脉变异特点,可对临床诊疗工作提供有力帮助。

The variations of head and neck artery, especially the WILLIS variation in population is widespread, patients with cerebrovascular disease is significantly more. The Variations of head and neck artery can cause hemodynamcs changes,an then cause atherosclerosis or degeneration of Arterial elastic intima, defects of Arterial middle membrane, finally, result in arterial insufficiency or aneurysm appearance, wit CT angiography applied, the variation characteristics of head and neck arteries can provide a powerful help for the clinical work.
