On Antimicrobial Peptide and Its Research Summary

摘要 抗菌肽是广泛存在于生物体内的一种小分子肽,具有广谱抗菌性、无毒副作用、无残留问题、不易产生耐药性等特点,是一类具有潜在开发价值的抗生素替代品。该文简要综述了抗菌肽的生物活性、作用机制、应用现状及获取方法。 Antimicrobial peptide is one with micro - molecules widely existing in internals of living beings, having characteristics of anti - biotic property, non - toxic and side - effects, non - vestigital, and not easily generating drug resistance, and it is a potential substitute to be developed for antibiotics. This paper is to summarize its bioaetivity, mechanism, application status, and measures for extraction.
