摘要 我国现行的电力交易模式下,年度发电合同电量需要向月度及日前进行分解。当实际发电量与发电计划有所偏差时,还需进行合同电量分解值的滚动修正。有鉴于此,构建了一种基于二次规划的合同电量优化分解模型,并通过交叉修正的方式,给出该模型的一种工程实用算法。该模型及算法能够保证各机组在不同时段发电进度的一致性,同时兼顾检修、热电联产等特殊情况,快速完成进行合同电量的自动分解,最终实现发电计划的滚动修正。算例结果证明了模型的有效性及算法的实用性。 In China' s current electricity trade mechanism, the annual contract power energy should be decomposed to each month and day. If there are gaps between actual generation amount and the generation plan, the decomposed volume of contract energy should be amended rollingly. Considering it, an optimization model for contract energy decomposition based on quadratic programming was formulated. A practical engineering algorithm for such model was proposed by applying intersection amendment method. This model and algorithm could ensure the consistence of each unit' s generation schedule in different time intervals, and meanwhile take the maintenance and the thermal power generation into account. As a result, contract energy decomposition is completed automatically and rapidly, and finally the roiling amendment of generation schedule is realized. Case study proves the efficiency of the model and the practice of the algorithm.
