介绍了五效蒸发在废水处理中的应用及其主要工艺流程。采用该工艺蒸发系统对热量实现综合利用,利用各效间的压力关系对物料间的输送做了优化,减少了装置的用电负荷,根据废水的水质对各效蒸发器结构特别是第五效蒸发器结构进行了优化,保证蒸发装置的稳定运行,并满足国家对节能减排的要求。

Application of quintuple-effect evaporation in wastewater treatment as well as main process flow were introduced. Comprehensive utilization of heat was realized with this system and transformation of materials was optimized by making use of the pressure relationship among each evaporator, so that the power consumption of the system was reduced.Structure of each evaporator, especially the fifth-effect evaporator was optimized according to wasteiwater quality to ensure the steady operation of the evaporation system.The system meets the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction in China.
