摘要
以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和甲乙酮肟(EMAO)为主要原料,合成了封端水性聚氨酯,并通过红外光谱对其结构进行表征,将产物配制为乳液整理棉织物并进行性能测试.结果表明:最佳整理工艺为:二浸二轧(整理剂用量120dE,轧液率60%~70%),焙烘(150℃,3min),其折痕回复角达到168.15°,经向断裂强力和纬向断裂强力分别达到468.50N和384.32N,且整理后的织物仍保持原棉织物较好的透气性能.根据整理前后织物的红外吸收特征,对其抗皱及提高织物强度的机理进行了探讨.
The blocked waterborne polyurethane was synthesized from toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polypro- pylene glycol (PPG), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and ethyl methyl acetoxime (EMAO). The structure of product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR). The cotton fabric was finished by the emulsion prepared with the blocked waterborne polyurethane and the properties were tested. The results showed that the optimal finishing technology was two-dip-two-pad (120 g/L of finishing agent and 60% ~ 70% of pick-up) process, and was cured at 150 ~C for 3 min. The wrinkle recovery angle of the treated cotton fabric was up to 168.15~, and the breaking strengths of warp direction and weft direction of the treated cotton fabric were 468.50 N and 384.32 N, respectively. The finished cotton fabric could also retain the good permea- bility of the original cotton fabric. The mechanism of enhancing the wrinkle resistance and strength of the blocked waterborne polyurethane were discussed according to the FTIR characteristic absorption of the un- treated and treated fabric.
