H型高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉硬化的关系 被引量:25

摘要 目的探讨H型高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉硬化的关系。方法将107例原发性高血压患者按是否合并有高同型半胱氨酸血症分为研究组(合并高同型半胱氨酸血症)和对照组。所有患者均检测血清Hcy水平、血尿酸、甘油三脂、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平;并采用彩色多普勒血流像技术检测颈部动脉,测量颈总动脉平均内膜-中层厚度(the carotid intima-media thickness,IMT)。结果研究组的颈总动脉平均内膜-中层厚度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且随着Hcy水平的增高,IMT逐渐增厚;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,颈动脉粥样硬化程度和Hcy水平明显相关(P<0.05)。结论 H型高血压患者中,Hcy水平与颈动脉粥样硬化密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of homocysteine(Hcy) and carotid artery atherosclerosis in patients with H-type hypertension.Methods 107 patients with essential hypertension were devided into 2 groups: the study group(n=54),which with hyperhomocysteinemia,and the control group(n=52).The arotid artery examination was performed by the colour Doppler ultrasonography technique for all patients to detect the carotid intima-media thickness(IMT).The serum 1evels of Hcy,total cholesterols(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglycerides(TG) as well asserum uric acid(SUA) were detected.Results The IMT is higher in the study group than the control group.When the serum Hcy is higher,the IMT is thicker.The level of Hcy is increased with the increase in carotid artery atherosclerosis severity.Conclusion The level of Hcy is associated with hyperhomocysteinemia.
