Actively advocating and fostering a fine enterprise culture is the key to maintaining an unfailing position in the future market competition for a power enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary for a power enterprise to endeavor to do the following: ① Realizing two transformations and stressing the “principles of management”; ② Cultivating enterprise spirit and strengthening enterprise cohesion; ③ Forming a good enterprise image and enhancing the competing strength of the enterprise; ④ Establishing a widely supported leadership; ⑤ Perfecting enterprise system and standardizing enterprise behavior.
