摘要 水平井、大位移井井眼净化已成为影响勘探与开发速度的关键因素,是目前亟待解决的重大技术问题。鉴于此,对影响水平井、大位移井井眼净化的因素,即钻杆偏心度、环空返速、转速、钻井液性能等方面进行了详细分析,并对近年来国内外水平井、大位移井井眼净化新技术进行了分类归纳总结,从实时监控调节设备参数、井眼净化机械设备以及携屑剂等方面进行了介绍,其中,携屑剂涉及加重携屑剂、高粘度携屑剂、纤维携屑剂、岩屑包裹剂以及浮选携屑剂等。以上井眼净化新技术对于保证安全钻井、提高钻井速度、缩短钻井周期及加快油气资源勘探开发进程具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。 The borehole cleaning in horizontal wells and extended reach wells has become the key factor influencing the exploration and development speed and it is currently an urgent technological bottleneck issue that needs to be dealt with. On the basis of studying a large number of relevant literatures and reports at home and abroad, the factors influencing the borehole cleaning in horizontal wells and extended reach wells, namely, drill pipe eccentrici- ty, annular velocity, rotary speed and drilling fluid performance, were analyzed in detail. And the new technologies concerning the borehole cleaning in horizontal wells and extended reach wells at home and abroad in recent years were classified and summarized. The method for realime monitoring and regulating equipment parameters, the borehole cleaning machinery and the cuttings carrying agents were introduced. And the cuttings carrying agents include aggravated cuttings carrying agent, high-viscosity cuttings carrying agent, fiber cuttings carrying agent, cut- tings wrapping agent and flotation cuttings carrying agent.
