Study of the Effects of Clinical Pathways at Different Level Hospitals:Based on the Point Evaluation Results by Third Party

目的:通过对不同级别医院临床路径实施效果进行第三方评价,分析各自实施现状和特点。方法:采用目的抽样法选取三个级别研究医院,收集病案首页和日清单等数据,并应用SPSS 19.0对数据进行定量分析,通过深度访谈资料分析发现问题深层原因。结果:临床路径对医疗效率、医疗质量和医生处方行为等产生了影响。结论:临床路径提高了医疗效率,保证了医疗质量,但其成功实施还需要医保等配套政策的支持。

Objective： To explore the characteristics and the current status of clinical pathway at different levels of hospitals by third party evaluation. Methods： Selecting 3 research hospitals at different levels by purposive sampling, collecting the inpatient records, applying SPSS in quantitative analysis, and finding the deep reason of problems through doctor interview. Results： Clinical pathways have an effect on the medical efficiency, medical quality and the prescription behaviors of doctors. Conclusion： Clinical pathways have improved the medical efficiency, and guaranteed the medical quality. But the implementation of clinical pathways also need the adjustment of related policies such as health insurance.
