On Vocational Quality,Vocational Capability,Vocational Environment and Their Dialectical Relation

高职院校培养高素质技能型人才,必须以职业素质为核心,以提高职业能力为主要目标,以职业环境为主要培养平台。职业素质是职业能力的内涵基础,职业能力是职业素质的外在表现,职业环境是职业素质与职业能力的必备条件,三者之间是一种辩证统一的关系。

For cultivating high-quality and skilled talents, vocational colleges must take the vocational quality as the core, take the vocational capability as the main objective, and take the vocational environment as the main cultivating platform. The vocational quality is the internal foundation of the vocational capability whereas the vocational capability is the external embodiment of the vocational quality, and the vocational environment is the essential condition of the vocational quality and the vocational capability. They have the relation of dialectical unity among them.
