摘要 研究对比了中草药普通粉剂与中草药超微粉剂对猪肉品质的改善效果。结果显示,2种剂型中草药对猪的肉质、肌肉营养成分不会造成任何影响;但超微粉剂可以显著增加猪背部脂肪饱和度,改善其品质,并能显著提高肌肉饱和脂肪酸含量和必需脂肪酸含量。 The study compared the effect of ordinary powder and superfine powder Chinese herbal medicine in pork quality improvement.The results showed that the two formulations had no any effects to the flesh and muscle nutrition.But superfine powder could significantly increase the back fat saturation,improve its quality,and significantly improve the saturated fatty acids and muscle essential fatty acid content.
