LASIK术前眼底检查的临床价值

Clinical Value of Fundus Examination before Laser in Situ Keratomileusis

目的:探讨LASIK术前眼底检查的意义。方法:收集2005年11月至2008年11月来我院准分子治疗中心的LASIK术患者1380例2760只眼,对术前LASIK行散瞳后眼底检查并作详细眼底记录。结果:发现800眼底有不同程度的视网膜病变,占总检查眼数的30%。结论:LASIK术前扩瞳后眼底检查是必不可少的,是术后患者达到理想视力的重要保障,并为患者眼底疾病的及早防治提供有力依据。

Objective： To indicate the value of examination of fundus before laser in situ keratomileusis.Method： 2760 myopic eyes（1380 patients） treated with laser in situ keratomileusis in our hospital from Nov.2005 to Nov.2008 were collected in this study to accept examination of fundus.Result： 800 eyes（403 patients） had different extent of retinopathy,accounting for 30 percents of examined eyes.Conclusion： Examination of fundus before laser in situ keratomileusis ensures achieving satisfied vision and provides envidence for early treating and preventing other complication of fundus.
