芒针深刺中脘穴治疗慢性功能性便秘临床研究

Clinical Study on Chronic Functional Constipation Treated with Deep Insertion of Elongatedneedle into Zhongwan(RN12)

[目的]观察芒针深刺中脘穴为主治疗和普通针刺治疗慢性功能性便秘的疗效差异,[方法]64例患者随机分为深刺组34例和浅刺组30例,深刺组采用芒针深刺中脘穴配天枢、足三里、上巨虚(双);浅刺组采用普通毫针刺法针中脘穴,其余同深刺组,观察两组的临床总疗效和治疗前后的便秘症状评分。[结果]深刺组的总有效率为85.29%,浅刺组的56.67%(P<0.05);两组治疗后的便秘症状评分均有不同程度降低,其中便秘症状评分中排便费力程度、排便时间、腹痛、排便不尽感、肛门梗阻感、排气不畅感深刺组改善较浅刺刺组更明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)[结论]芒针深刺中脘穴治疗慢性功能性便秘安全有效,优于普通针刺治疗。

[Obective] To compare the therapeutic effect differences of chronic functional constipation treated with deep insertion of elongatedneedle into Zhongwan（RN12） mainly and simple acupuncture therapy.[Method]Sixty-four cases of constipation were ran- domly divided into a deep insertion group and shallow insertion group by 34-30. Both groups were treated by acupuncture therapy with the same acupoints： Zhongwan（RN 12）, Tianshu（ST 25）, Zusanli（ST 36）, Shangjuxu（ST 37）. Group 1 was treated by deep inser- tion of elongateneedle into Zhongwan（RN 12）; Group 2 was treated by shallow insertion of common needle into Zhongwan（RN 12）.The clinical therapeutic effect and the changes of clinical score of constipationwere observed before and after treatment. [Result] The total effective rate in deep insertion group was 85.29%（29/34）, superior to that 56.67%（17/30） in shallow insertion group （P〈0.05）. The clinical score of constipation in both groups improved after treatment; in clinical score of constipation, the improvement of difficulty of defecation, defecation time, abdominal pain, endless sensation of defecation, obstruction sense of anus, air vent clog in deep insertion group were superior to those in shallow insertion group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）.[Concision] For treating chronic functional constipation, the combined therapy of both grain-shaped moxibustion and acupuncture is safe and effective, superior to the simple acupuncture therapy.
