PTF-V_1在二尖瓣狭窄球囊扩张术中的临床效果分析

PTF-V_1 as indicator of clinical effect of percutaneous balloon mitral valouloplasty(PBMV) in patient with mitral stenosis

目的 探讨二尖瓣狭窄患者行经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术 (PBMV)前后心电图PTF V1的变化及其与血流动力学各指标的相关性。方法 分析 2 9例窦性心律的二尖瓣狭窄患者PBMV前后PTF V1的变化 ,并与二尖瓣面积 (MVA)、左房平均压 (MLAP)和左房内径 (LAD)作相关分析。结果 PBMV术后PTF V1显著改善 (P <0 0 1) ,与MLAP、LAD呈显著正相关 ,与MVA呈显著负相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 提示PTF V1测定可作为PBMV后疗效评价及功能随诊的一种可靠而简便的方法。

Objective To investigate the changes of PTF V 1before and after PBMV in patients with mitral stenosis and it's relation to hemodynamic. Methods PTF V 1 was measured before and after PBMV in 29 patients with mitral stenosis with sinus rhythm. The relationship between PTF V 1 and hemodynamic also were studied. Results PTF V 1 was significantly improved after operation. There were positive correlation both between PTF V 1 and left a trial pressure, and between PTF V 1 and mitral valve area there were negative correlation. Conclusions PTF V 1 may be a useful indicator of efficiency of PBMV in patients with mitral stenosis with sinus rhythm.
