天津海河教育园区的建设已成为我国职业教育进行改革探索的重要举措之一,教育硬件的投入功效需要提升教育软件作支撑。如何建立高职院校教师培训制度,并且采用多种途径促使学生的潜能向现实的职业素质生成,提高高职毕业生的就业能力,是一个需要深入研究和亟待解决的实践课题。

The construction of Tianjin Haihe Educational Park has become one of the important measures in vocational education reform in China.The hardware in education put into effect is supposed to be supported by software upgrade.It is a practical research with in-depth study and solution on creating a training system in higher vocational colleges,generating the students’ potential to realistic professional quality in a variety of ways and improving the employability of vocational graduates.
