摘要
为了规范基建维修管理,合理控制工程造价,根据多年积累的基建工作管理经验和兄弟院校成功的做法,对高职院校基建维修工程中存在的问题进行了具体分析,提出有效的管理办法和对策。
To standardize the management of infrastructure maintenance and rationally control the engineering cost, this paper, based on the authorshccumulated experience for years and the practice of other colleges, analyses the existing problems in infrastructure maintenance in higher vocational colleges and puts forward effective management methods and solutions.
