嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌医院感染分布及耐药性分析 被引量:5

摘要 嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas mal-tophilia)是一种不发酵乳糖、氧化酶阴性、动力阳性的革兰阴性杆菌,广泛分布于自然环境中,作为条件致病菌常引起抵抗力低下患者呼吸道、泌尿道、伤口等部位感染,严重者出现菌血症及心内膜炎。近年来,随着抗菌药物的广泛应用,嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的分离率和耐药性逐步增加,已占非发酵菌第3位[1],成为医院感染的重要病原菌,
