文化是旅游的灵魂,旅游是文化的载体,两者的融合可以达到相互提升和共赢。该文阐述了河南文化产业与旅游产业的深度融合对其实现"文化强省和旅游立省"的战略目标有深远的意义;但两者的融合仍存在体制束缚、文化旅游项目缺乏创意等问题;提出了要实现两者的深度融合须做到:创新管理体制和机制;发挥政府的主导作用;加快文化部门的产业化发展;打造精品品牌;用创意连接文化产业和旅游产业。

Culture is the soul of tourism, while tourism is the carrier of culture. The integration of the two can reach the win - win situation for both. The in - depth integration of the cultural industry and tourism industry has far- reaching significance to achieve the strategic objective to forge Henan into the cuhural and tourism province. However, the integration is still facing such issues as institutional constraints and lack of creativity. Therefore, to achieve the in -depth integration of cultural industry and tourism industry must realize the innovation management mechanism, give a full play to the directing action of government, expedite the industrialization process of cultural sectors, and creatively combine the cultural industry and tourism industry.
