介绍了锦西石化分公司4台35 t锅炉风机轴封长期严重泄漏的问题,采用新型轴承保护器对轴封结构进行了改进。改造后风机轴承压盖处无任何泄漏,完全满足使用要求。

A long-term severe leakage of the shaft seal was described about 4 sets of 35 t boiler air blowers in Jinxi Petrochemical Company. A new type of bearing protection device was adopted and the shaft seal construction was improved. After that, there was not any leakage in the bearing cover of air blowers and the operating requirements were met completely.
