摘要
高质量创业师资短缺已经成为阻碍我国高校创业教育发展的主要瓶颈。国外高校在创业学学科体系建设、系统引入兼职教师、多渠道完善教师成长平台等方面积累了丰富的经验。我国创业教育师资队伍建设必须适应高校创业教育发展的需要,建立全员参与、与创业课程体系相适应的教师队伍,完善创业教育师资培训机制与评价机制。
The lack of high quality faculty has become the main bottleneck of entrepreneurship education development in China. Nowadays, foreign higher educational institutions (HEIs) have explored many effective ways to construct faculty team, such as establishing the discipline of entrepreneurship, systematically introducing part-time teachers, and building multiple channels to improve faculty's growth platforms. The construction of faculty team in HEIs in China is not an isolated event, but should meet the demand of curriculum system establishment. Besides, the mechanism of faculty training and evaluation should be improved.
