流动注射法在线蒸馏测定水中挥发酚的影响因素 被引量:5

摘要 目的探索用流动注射分析仪测定水中挥发酚的最佳检测条件,旨在使实验结果更为准确。方法用QC 8500型流动注射分析仪测定,从水样的采集、保存到检测均按照国家标准要求进行质量控制,比较分析过程中的各种影响因素。结果在最佳实验条件下测定20μg/L标准液5次,相对标准偏差为1.69%,回收率99.0%~102.0%。结论水中挥发酚的影响因素较复杂,如果从最初的试剂配制到最终完成一系列的操作,每一环节都控制好将得到更为准确的实验结果。 [Objective]To study the optimal detection condition of determination of volatile phenol in water by flow injection analyzer,aiming to get more accurate results.[Methods]QC 8500 flow injection analyzer was adopted.The quality control was conducted in collection,preservation and detection of water samples according to national standards,and the influencing factors were compared and analyzed.[Results]20 μg/L standard liquid was detected five times under the optimal detection condition,the relative standard deviation was 1.69%,and the recovery rate was 99.0%-102.0%.[Conclusion]The influencing factors of determination of volatile phenol in water are complex.In order to get the accurate results,every link in determination from reagent preparation to final operation should be controlled perfectly.
