摘要
中医药防治糖尿病及其并发症的循证医学研究工作,近年来发展较快。然而通过检索1994-2011年中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中有关中医药(含中西医结合)防治糖尿病循证医学研究的文献,参照Meta-分析报告的国际标准-《QUOROM声明》进行分析可发现其仍存在古文献研究较少、基础研究落后、评价体系不科学等诸多问题。因此,在未来的发展中,可从此类不足入手,解决问题,促进糖尿病循证医学中关于中医防治内容趋于完善。
Evidence -based medicine is widely used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） remedy diabetes and developed rapidly in recent years. Retrieve literatures in CBM and CNKI during 1994 - 2011, and analyze it depend on the International Standard for Reporting of Meta - analy- sis - QUOROM Statement. The result indicates that many problems are still exist, therefore a progress will happen to the evidence - based medicine for TCM in treatment of diabetic with solving these prob- lems.
