摘要
在传统配电网中接入分布式光伏电源会带来诸多不利因素,如可能导致接入点处过电压,因此,必须限制分布式光伏电源实际接入峰值容量。通过计算在配电网馈线上所有负荷等级下分布式光伏电源的最大允许输出功率及采用相关观测数据,可大致计算出分布式光伏电源的最大允许接入峰值容量,将分布式光伏电源的实际接入峰值容量控制在最大允许接入峰值容量内,一般可避免接入点处出现过电压现象。当配电网馈线离满载运行还有一定余量时,分布式光伏电源按超前功率因数运行,可提高最大允许接入峰值容量,从而提高分布式光伏电源在配电网中的渗透率。
The interconnection of distributed photovoltaic source(DPVS) may have adverse impacts on the traditional distribution network,such as over-voltages at the grid coupling point,so it is necessary to limit the on-grid peak capacity of DPVS.The maximum allowable capacity of DPVS under constraint of over-voltage is calculated with the yearly historical data.The over-voltage phenomenon is avoided by limiting the capacity of DPVS under maximum allowable figure.When the feeder is operating at a partial loading level,the allowed capacity of DPVS in the distribution network can be enhanced by operating DPVS with a leading power factor.
