摘要
针对制造企业服务增强的研究多集中于概念界定、机理分析、特征总结和模式描述方面,具体方式方法和策略研究相对缺乏这一现状,以微观企业运作为研究对象,物联网作为平台,探讨装备制造企业产品服务增强策略。提出装备制造业产品服务增强可从产品散件配送、安装,运行监测,现场维修及质量追踪环节进行,同时给出以上各环节服务增强的具体策略及物联网实现路径。
Under the circumstances that researches related to manufacturer service - enhanced focus on defining concept, analyzing mechanism, summarizing characteristics and describing mode and little attention paid to strategy and methods of manufacturer service - enhanced, this paper uses enterprise operation as research object and discusses the product service - enhanced strategy for equipment manufacturers based on internet of things. It gives advices on product service - enhanced strategy of processes of distribution, installation, operation inspection and quality tracing and discusses the concrete route based on the internet of things to those strategies at the same time.
