Energy consumption and energy saving strategies of hydrogen generation plants

摘要 分析了中国石油天然气股份有限公司克拉玛依石化分公司两套制氢装置的能耗构成特点及影响能耗的主要因素,明确了降低燃料气、蒸汽和电的消耗是降低装置能耗的主攻方向。通过采取一系列的节能措施,如原料气升压,停用部分设备,降低了电和循环水的消耗;对转化炉的空气预热器热管进行了更换和扩容以及内衬里修复,喷涂耐高温反辐射节能涂料,提高了转化炉的热效率,大幅减少了燃料气的消耗;实施了对氢压机调速器的改造,以解决Ⅰ套制氢氢压机加工负荷不一致的难题,降低了电和蒸汽的消耗;还利用当地冬季运行的特点,优化了蒸汽运行流程,提高了蒸汽的利用率。这些节能举措实施后,显著地降低了两套装置的能耗,全年可增加经济效益1 447.6×104 RMB$。 The characteristics and main impact factors of energy consumption in two hydrogen generation plants of PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company are analyzed. The reductions of fuel gas, steam and electricity consumptions were defined as the major strategies for reducing energy consumption of the unit. A serious of energy-saving measures were adopted such as lifting fuel gas pressure and shutdown of some equip- ment, which have reduced the electricity and cooling water consumptions. The tubes of air pre-heater of refor- ming furnace were replaced and internal lining was repaired. The application of high-temperature resistant an- ti-radiation coatings and other measures to reduce heat losses have greatly improved the heat efficiency of re- former and reduced the fuel gas consumption. To solve the "big Marat car" problem of hydrogen generation plant [ , the governor of hydrogen compressor was revamped, and the consumption of electricity and steam were reduced. In addition, the advantages of operating characteristics of winter were taken to optimize steam operation and improve utility rate of steam. The application of these energy-saving measures has significantly reduced the energy consumption of two units, and the annual economic benefit is 9.04 million Yuan RMB.
