摘要
PSⅡ-LHCⅡ超分子复合物是构成PSⅡ颗粒的基本单元,由PSⅡ核心复合物和LHCⅡ复合物构成。现介绍了超分子复合物的组装,PSⅡ核心复合物和LHCⅡ复合物的结构与功能,以及大量LHCⅡ和微量LHCⅡ在超分子复合物组装中的作用。
The PSII-LHCII supercomplex was the basic unit of PSII particle. It was composed of PSII core complex and LHCII complex. The assembly of supercomplex, the structure and function of PSII core complex and LHCII complex were introduced in this paper. The role of major LHCII and minor LHCII in assembly of supercomplex were also discussed present.
