摘要
目的:观察电针内关穴对心肌肥厚模型大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:30只SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、电针组,采用皮下注射盐酸异丙肾上腺素建立心肌肥厚大鼠模型,电针组采用连续波,频率2Hz,强度1mA,通电20min,1次/d,共14d。称重法测定体质量(BW)、全心质量(HW)、左心室质量(LVW),计算左心室质量指数(LVWI)和全心质量指数(HWI),放射免疫法技术检测心肌组织和血清TNF-α和IL-1β含量,研究电针内关穴对BW、HW、LVW、LVWI、HWI、TNF-α和IL-1β的影响,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:模型组大鼠与正常组大鼠比较,HW、LVW、LVWI、HWI、TNF-α、IL-1β含量显著升高(P<0.01),电针组大鼠HW、LVW、LVWI、HWI、TNF-α、IL-1β较模型组下降(P<0.05)。结论:电针内关穴可以有效防治心肌肥厚,这种保护作用可能与抑制TNF-a、IL-1β等炎性因子的表达,抑制炎症反应有关。
Objeαive: To discuss the funαion mechanism of treating cardiac hypertrophy by eleαroacupunαuring 'neiguan' . Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups by random number table method: the normal group, the model group, the eleαroacupunαure group, with ten rats in each group respeαively. Rats in model group were injeαed with isoprenaline hydroehloride, the eleαroacupunαure group seleαed a stimulus parameter: continuous-wave, frequency of 2HZ, current intensity of lmA, and treated for twenty minutes, once every day, amounted to 14 days. Then BW, HW, LVW, LVWI, HWI were weighted and calculated, the content of TNF-α and IL-113 in heart tissue and blood plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay, then analyzed the data through an statistical analysis system. Results: Compared with the normal group, HW, LVW, LVWI, HWI, TNF- a, IL-113 were significantly higher in model group (P〈0.01); Compared with the model group, HW, LVW, LVWI, HWI, TNF- α, IL-1β of the rats were significantly lower in eleαroacupunαure group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Eleαroacupunαure at "neiguan" acupoint can prevent the myoeardial hypertrophy caused by injeαed with isoprenaline hydrochloride which was associated with its anti-inflammation effeet.
