华晨1.8T增压汽油机机油消耗降低研究

The Research on Reduction of Oil Consumption of Huachen 1.8T Turbocharger Gasoline Engine

分析了影响增压汽油机机油消耗的因素，给出了减少汽油机机油消耗的解决措施。以华晨某1.8L增压汽油机为例对其机油异常消耗问题进行了研究，找出了影响因素。对该机型曲轴箱通风系统PCV阀到空气滤清器的管径、油气分离器回油管、活塞环结构与材料、气缸体缸套珩磨网纹结构进行了改进设计。对改进后5台样机进行了400h可靠性测试和6万km的耐久性试验。结果表明，改进后汽油机的机油消耗从70gm降至12—17g／h，达到标准范围内。

The factors which affect oil consumption of supercharged gasoline engine are analyzed in this paper, and the measures to reduce oil consumption of gasoline engine are presented. In this paper, a 1.8L supercharged gasoline engine from Brilliance Auto is taken as example to investigate on cause of its abnormal oil consumption, and the factors which affect oil consumption are found. Design of this engine is improved including the pipe diameter from crankcase ventilation PCV vale to air filter, oil-gas separator oil return pipe, piston ring structure and material, etc.. Five modified engine prototypes were subjected to 400 h reliability test and 60,000 km durability test, the results show that the oil consumption of the modified engine is reduced from 70 g/h to 12-17 g/h, which complies with standard requirement.
