Value of X-ray hysterosalpingography in the treatment of infertility

目的:总结X线透视下子宫输卵管造影对不孕症患者的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析1148例不孕症患者的影像学表现。结果:此法可以对子宫输卵管进行动态观察,发现子宫、输卵管病变部位与性质,对轻度输卵管粘连具有治疗作用,对进一步治疗具有指导意义。结论:此方法简单易行,操作安全,可以明确因子宫输卵管病变所致的不孕症病因,同时也有一定的辅助治疗作用,是女性不孕症的首选检查方法。

Objectives： To evaluate the value of X- ray hysterosalpingography in the treatment of infertility patients. Methods： A retrospective analysis was made on the imaging data of 1148 cases with infertility. Results ： X - ray test can help to observe the dynamic of hysterosalpingography, and to find out the site and features of the lesion in uterus and fallopian tube. The method is effective in the treatment of mild fallopian tube adhesion. Conclusion： This method is simple, safe, and reliable in ascertaining the cause of infertility by lesions in uterus and fallopian tube. Therefore, it can be a priority choice in women＇ s infertil- ity treatment.
