摘要
文章从富氧烧结原理引入,介绍了国外“密闭鼓风炉炼铅锌”(ISP)厂家富氧烧结的生产实践,简单介绍了国内外制氧技术的发展,从而说明富氧烧结是提高SO_2浓度和烧结块质量、产量的有效途径。
By starting with explaining the principle of sintering with oxygen - rich air, the article introduces the oxygen - rich sintering practices in the production of overseas ISP (a process of smelting Zinc and Lead in the closed furnace with blower) plant; it also introduces briefly domestic and overseas development of oxygen generating technology. Its conclusion is that oxygen - rich sintering is an effective way to increase the SO2 concentration, production and quality of the sintered pieces.
