The second generation immigrant in cities is a large social group in the process of urban-rural integration. Understanding second generation immigrants＇ appeals, taking measures from policy and practice, and earnestly safe-guarding their legitimate rights are the fundamental requirements of overall planning the development of cities and countries and the fundamental embodiment of scientific developing concept. By illustrating the living situations of the second generation immigrants in cities, this article analyzed their social appeals, and offered relevant suggestions.
