摘要
运用有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D对变宽度圆盘剪切机剪切金属板材的整体过程进行了模拟仿真.研究了刀盘间隙、刀盘重叠量、刀盘倾角等主要剪切工艺因素对金属板材剪切质量的影响,并得到了剪切厚度为0.8mm金属板材时,获得最佳剪切质量的刀盘间隙、重叠量以及刀盘倾角,为金属板材的实际剪切提供了理论依据.
The paper applies the FEM software DEFORM-3D to simulate the whole metal plate shearing process. The main factors affecting the metal plate shearing quality, viz. , blade clearance, overlapping amount, and blade angle, are studied. Finally, the best values for the three factors, when shearing 0.8mm metal plate, are obtained. The paper provides a theoretical basis for the actual metal plate shearing.
