摘要
周必大是南宋著名的政治家,历仕高、孝、光、宁四朝。他力图中兴,对人才选用多有思考和奏闻,希望朝廷"博求"文武英才,"布列中外",然后"区分所能,详议格目",以便辨识任用;同时,"提振士风","考实"政绩,奖优罚劣,充分发挥人才的作用。周必大的人才选用思想,是在长期政务实践中形成的,具有一定的特色和价值。
Zhou Bida is a well - known statesman during the Southern Song Dynasty, serving in the four dy-nasties of Gao, Xioa, Guang and Ning. Zhou Bida advocated resurgence and had much discussion on talent selection, hoping that the government chose talents "widely", and then "reserved the talents in classifica-tion. " He insisted on making talents "contribute on strengths", "checking political achievements" and "re-warding the excellent talents, punishing the bad ones. " Zhou Bidgs thought of talent selection formed in his long-term political practice. It had important characteristics and value to some degree.
