湖南怀化中方地质灾害易发区划和防治重点研究

Regionalization and Preventive & Control Measures of Geological Hazards in Zhongfang County,Huaihua City,Hunan Province

怀化市中方县是湖南省地质灾害的多发区之一。地质灾害不仅造成生命财产的巨大损失,而且对当地的投资环境乃至社会的持续发展都构成威胁。在介绍中方县的区域地质环境概况,阐述中方县地质灾害发育特征的基础上,通过对各类地质灾害形成条件及影响因素分析,选取了评价指标,运用"综合危险性指数法"进行易发程度综合评判。根据评判结果,将中方县划分为3个大区共10个亚区。并在此易发程度综合评判基础上划分防治重点区。划分结果比较符合中方县地质灾害发育实际情况,为中方县进行防灾减灾工作,合理制定发展规划提供科学依据。

Zhongfang County of Huaihua City is one of many districts where geological disasters take place frequently in Hunan province. The geological hazards not only cause the heavy losses of life and property, but also pose a threat to the local investment environment, even the sustainable development of the society. On basis of introducing the geological environment of Zhongfang County and expounding the development features of the geological hazards of Zhongfang County, it selects the evaluation index through analyzing the formation conditions and influence factors of all kinds of geological hazards, and comprehensively evaluates the predispositions by applying Comprehensive Risk Index Method. In accordance with the evaluation results, Zhongfang County is divided into 3 regions and 10 sub-regions. It divides the main preventive and control regions on basis of the comprehensive evaluation of the predisposition. The dividing result complies with the actual development situation of the geological hazards of Zhongfang County, which provides scientific evidences for preventing and reducing the disasters and establishes a reasonable development planning.
