基于消费者视域的团购网站责任体系研究 被引量:2

摘要 在团购网站空前膨胀的同时,难免出现了各种这样的问题,比如准入门槛低、诚信缺失、商品价格和质量同时打折、退货困难、数据造假蒙蔽消费者等,面对这些问题,构建团购网站责体系已经刻不容缓。本文针对网络团购纠纷问题设计调查问卷,结果表明广大消费者迫切希望在团购网站自身、入驻商户和消费者服务方面设计有效的责任体系,规范团购网站的发展,切实保障消费者利益。
