摘要
1998~ 1999年 ,在河南省平顶山烟草研究所进行了人工控制水分条件下干旱与烟株生理特性关系的研究。结果表明 ,随着土壤含水量由适宜到干旱 ,叶片气孔导度、光合速率、蒸腾速率降低 ,叶绿素含量升高 ,从而提出了烟田不同生育时期适宜的土壤水分指标和干旱指标。伸根期、旺长期和成熟期适宜土壤水分指标分别为 61.9%、81.3%和 77.3% ,干旱指标分别为 50 .1%、69.0 %和 58.4 %
Study on relationship between drought and tobacco growth was conducted in pot culture under artificial water control conditions.The results showed that with the decreasing of soil moisture,the stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and photosynthesis rate decreased,but the content of chlorophyll increased.Suitable soil moisture index for tobacco was 61 9%(percent of field holding capacity)in the root spreading stage,81 3% in the flourishing stage and 77 3% in the maturing stage.Drought index for tobacco was 50 1% in the root spreading stage,69 0% in the flourishing stage and 58 4% in the maturing stage.
