摘要
研究了醋酸乙烯/乙烯/丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液的合成。在高压反应釜中采用间歇聚合工艺进行乳液聚合,使用聚乙烯醇作为主要保护胶体,采用非离子和阴离子复合乳化剂以及氧化-还原引发体系,通过引入丙烯酸酯类软单体,实现醋酸乙烯/乙烯/丙烯酸酯多元共聚,生产出低温柔性好、对非极性材料(例如BOPP)具有优异粘接性能的新型多元改性共聚VAE乳液。用于防水涂料和包装行业,效果优良。
The synthesis of multivariate copolymer emulsion of vinyl acetate-ethylene-acrylate was investigated using batchtype polymerization process in the high pressure autoclave.Using polyvinyl alcohol as the main productive colloid,non-ionic and anionic combined emulsifier and redox initiation system,the novel modified VAE emulsion was prepared by introducing acrylic soft monomers.The modified VAE emulsion has good low temperature flexibility and excellent bonding properties to non-polar materials(such as BOPP) ,and can be used in waterproofing coatings and packaging industry,the application results are better.
