摘要
教学技能的培养和训练是提高师范生能力和素质的重要途径。从机制构建的角度去探究教学技能培养的规律,有利于我们认清当前教学技能培养存在的问题。师范生教学技能培养属于师范教育中的具体问题,我们认为进行机制创新必须在课程与教学上下功夫,如构建开放的、系统的、关联性的课程体系,形成实践的、复杂的、自觉的教学理念等。
Training and practicing of teaching skills are the important ways to enhance the ability and quality of normal education students. It will be much easier for us to recognize the problems of fostering teaching skills if we probe into the regularity of it in the light of mechanism building. How to foster students' teaching skills is a practical problem in normal education. We should highlight curriculum construction and classroom teaching, such as constructing open, systematic, relative curriculum system and forming practical, complicated, self-conscious teaching principles.
