咽部乳头状瘤微波凝固治疗30例疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察咽部乳头状瘤微波凝固治疗的疗效。方法对30例咽部乳头状瘤患者行微波凝固治疗,统计有效率。结果本组30例咽部乳头状瘤患者行微波凝固治疗均一次性治愈,总有效率100%。全部病例随访1年,未见1例复发。结论微波凝固治疗咽部乳头状瘤时间短、创伤小、出血少、操作简单、痛苦少、术后反应轻、愈合快、安全有效。经过临床观察实践证实,此治疗方法行之有效,值得推广。 Objective To observe the curative effect of microwave coagulation therapy on phar- Thirty cases of pharynx papilloma were treated by microwave coagu- lation therapy, and the effective rate was calculated. Results Thirty cases of pharynx papillo- ma were cured by once microwave coagulation therapy. Total effective rate was 100%. All pa- tients were followed up for 1 year and no one recurred. Conclusion The treatment of pharynx papilloma with microwave coagulation needs short time and is easy to operate with a small wound, little bleeding, painless and less postoperative adverse effect. It is proved to be safe and effective, and worthy for application
