随着全球一体化的实现和经济全球化的发展,各国对文化的重视程度不断加强,文化对经济贡献的软实力得到了世界范围内的普遍认可。同时,非物质文化也在亦步亦趋地向前发展,但因其本身传承方式的局限性和囿于传统的发展惯性,以及各种外在消极因素的存在,其传播发展力不从心的状况日渐凸显。不可否认,在科学技术日新月异的网络时代,全球网络传播对民族文化的保护传承造成了巨大冲击,从而导致许多民族文化、地域特色的丧失。但是,我们更要高瞻远瞩,积极研究网络传播在非物质文化遗产保护和传承领域的可行途径。

With the realization of global integration and the development of economic globalization, all the countries have been focusing their attention on culture. The contribution of the soft power of culture to economy has been generally accepted by the whole world. At the same time, intangible culture is also moving forward, but because of the limitations of its inheriting way and traditional development mode as well as various external negative factors, its development hasn＇t got prominent progress. Admittedly, in the age of Internet when science and technology are developing rapidly, the global network has caused great impact on the inheritance and protection of the national culture, leading to the loss of national culture and regional characteristics. But we should have great foresight, and research into a feasible way of network transmission in intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance.
