中医护理对内外痔术后疼痛患者的影响

Nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on the internal and external hemorrhoids in patients pastoperative pain

目的:探讨中医护理对内外痔术后疼痛患者的影响。方法:将68例内外痔术后患者随机分成试验组与对照组各34例,两组均按肛肠科护理常规进行护理,试验组加用中医护理(耳穴埋籽、中药熏洗、穴位贴敷),比较两组患者疼痛程度。结果:试验组患者疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医护理可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,提高患者生活质量,促进早日康复。

Objective：To discuss the influence of Chinese medicine nursing after in hemorrhoids technique ache.Methods：In hemorrhoids technique case of illness stochastically will divide into the experimental group and the control group,each group consists of 34 cases,two groups will press the rectum branch nursing convention to carry on nursing,the experimental group add with Chinese medicine nursing（acupuncture point on the ear bury seed,Chinese native medicine smoke wash,acupuncture point paste spread） carry on nursing.Result：The experimental group of patients with pain level lower than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Used Chinese medicine nursing to be possible to reduce the patient technique effectively the ache,would improved the patient quality of life,the promotion soon was restored to health.
